Eyesun Cam successfully hosted the June edition of the monthly Book Club recently. Adopting an innovative approach to reading, the event seamlessly integrated interactive games with knowledge learning. This not only fostered a vibrant reading atmosphere but also inspired employees’ enthusiasm for continuous learning.Fresh seasonal fruits and assorted snacks were thoughtfully prepared on-site, creating a relaxed and pleasant environment for participants to engage in shared reading and interactive sessions.
The event featured three engaging and competitive segments, making reading vivid, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone:
The first segment was a table tennis relay race. Employees teamed up, competing actively and cooperating closely, which effectively boosted team spirit and enlivened the atmosphere.
The second segment was an emoji guessing game. Participants brainstormed and answered enthusiastically, broadening their thinking and enhancing mutual communication in a relaxed ambiance.
The final segment was a team-based reading quiz challenge. Teams collaborated to answer questions based on the month's reading materials, reinforcing key knowledge and testing learning outcomes. To encourage healthy competition, cash prizes were awarded to the top three teams, motivating everyone to pursue excellence and fostering a positive learning atmosphere across the company.
By blending entertainment with knowledge, this activity enriched employees’ cultural lives, reinforced their reading outcomes, and strengthened teamwork.
