Our self-owned factory covers 11.000 square meters, equipped with 10 mature prod ore than 300 skilled workers. The plant is reasonably zoned with dedicated assembly workshops, packaging workshops, aging laboratories, quality inspection areas and reliability test centers. Our cross-functional teams from R&D, engineering, purchasing, quality and production collaborate efficiently. We accept sample trial orders as well as mass bulk orders, forming a full closed-loop workflow covering product development, quality control and shipment delivery.
R&D & Customization Capability
SOONPAM assembles over 20 cross-disciplinary engineers specializing in electronics, mechanical structure, software and product certification. We launch more than 30 new products annually. We possess in-house integrated capabilities for hardware & software development, structural design and mold tooling, supporting in-depth customized development. Our OEM service enables on-demand customization of logos, outer packaging, user manuals and multilingual documents, turning your creative concepts into market-ready finished products.
Comprehensive Quality Control System
Quality is the cornerstone of our business. We have established a complete end-to-end quality management system. QA team oversees system maintenance, audit implementation, process optimization and customer complaint resolution, coordinating five core inspection stages: IQC (Incoming Material Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control) and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). All inspections strictly comply with international AQL 1.0/2.5 standards. Professional testing equipment supports reliability tests including drop, vibration, high-low temperature and waterproof testing to guarantee stable quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
